Be aware today is the final push of the decent timeline pictures and they have to be removed which means if you still have any locked in they are being removed by force, this can be extremely uncomfortable and so i highly recommend staying hydrated and if u can doing a cleanse of some sort or at least doing some juices to help the body detox remember this too shall pass and have no fear =)
